Manager
Location: Strongly prefer NYC-area; exceptional remote candidates considered
Type: Full-time
Experience: 10+ years
A Manager runs client projects end-to-end. You lead the work plan, the timeline, and day-to-day execution, and you own the client relationship at the project level. You are responsible not just for excellent delivery but for the people delivering it; coaching junior staff, giving real feedback, and building their capabilities rather than simply assigning tasks. You also begin contributing an active voice to firm strategy and future planning. This is the step where the work shifts from producing excellent work yourself to leading and developing others while they do it and starting to shape where the firm goes next.
Senior Consultant
Location: Preferably NYC-area; remote candidates may be considered
Type: Full-time
Experience: 7+ years
Senior Consultants lead project workstreams and build trusted working alliances with clients through exceptional project management and delivery. They can independently develop approaches to solving complex, open-ended problems. They take an active role in client interactions, contributing to and helping drive the conversation, not just observing it. You will align strategic objectives with day-to-day project delivery, manage timelines, deliverables, and communication, lead prep for client meetings and workshops (and often support facilitation), and help build the capabilities of both internal and client teams.
